I have worked in call centre for 3 months in HUTCH Call centre as a junior executive as soon as i finished my MBA i was given this offer to work in call centre i searched the job in my stream that is finance and H.r but could not find as i don't want to sit at home after doing MBA also i joined in call centre i can say call centre is the worst jobs where any one can take though they pay good and you get the more exposure to the world of today our was a domestic call centre , one thing i will say call centre hire girls only b'coz they ahve lots of patience and tehy can do marketing we used get harresed by some hoax calls , some stupids call up and say I love You , and we do not even have a right to scold them , we have convince it seems , there is no support from the managemnt in the call centre jobs , the team leader or any one in the call centre do not support their gruop members , they treat girls as a slaves, or animals even if we want to take a leave , even then we have to come n work in the call centre . I sugesst that espicially girls not work in the call centres, as few proposals for the girls are getting detained .
