Dear Sir's. I am in retail field since last 11 years in gulf,infact with the 1st retail HYPER. Lots of MBA's were recruited as retail managers initially but all ended up as salesmen. We don't go with this piece of paper.We belive in person his natural talent. A piece of advice to our indian HRs practical experiance can give better results then degree. Regards. mbk
