You have omitted very important information in your report. One doesn't even have to go to Puttur to get one's fracture treated! Just send an email to the address given: sgr@kgr-putturthailam.com, and the bone-setters ("doctors"!!!) will set it right. I would suggest, however, that one should go to the nearest "allopathic" surgeon for treatment, by way of abundant caution.
