I have family history of diabetic but I dont have. Last month due to high thrust I tested my blood sugar and found 395 in fasting and 437 in PP. I rushed to my octor and he suggested to have Insulin injection but I refused to take injection and asked him for medication. Now after taking madicine and brisk walking 4-5 km in the morning my sugar level is 137 in fasting and 148 in PP. Now I want to know that refusing Insulin injection was a good option or not.because my doctor still says that taking insulin injection was a good option for long life.

as per my knowledge, injection is the more advanced stage . If the oral intak is enough to control sugar levels it is fine. If control is not there then only one should go for injection.
