dear Ms. Iyer This is indeed a good article. Soft skills really enhance the ability of anyone to express himself more clearly and correctly. I would love to have more of your views on such trainings. Especially on Cross-Culture Trainings, since India is now getting global and interacting with different cultures accross the globe. I would greatly appreciate if i could get your contact number or email id. Also let me know if you can hold such training in delhi(NCR).
