I am fortunate to interact with engineers from all major software companies in India. One thing I am sure about these people are that they are not going to learn English or communciaiton skills. Software is all about logic and people intensive. Co-rodination is critical and thereby one's language and people skills paly a major part. They should be seduced to learn - otherwise they never learn. I think that is the reason the Espoir products like "Smarten Your English through Love & Romance", "Smarten Your English through Movies" etc selling very well.
