LTC REIMBURSEMENT FOR VISITING ABROAD IS TAXABLE?

I've to take reimbursement for LTC availed by me for visiting abroad (Singapore). Kindly tell me whether the entire amount of Air Tickets for visiting Singapore is Taxable?
