Hi, I have accumalated amount of Rs 30,000 with my company. I don't have any LTA bills.Still can I claim my LTA amount with tax deductions. How many Privilage leaves should be availed to be eligible to claim LTA.What are the list of documents to be enclosed to avail LTA.Please guide me. Regards, Pradeep

It depends upon company to company. In my company we are supposed to take a minimum of 4 days leave to claim LTA.
