I am 25yr old female from blore. I hav dark circles on my eyes n i hav consulted a dermatologist. He has adviced me to apply hyde cream dilluted with efficort cream in 1:1 proportion while going 2 bed overnight. I heard dat when v use hyderoquinone it become hyperpigmentation. Is this true m confused pls help???
