Exersise every day. Healthy eating. Vegetarian, nonfatty, non spicy food. Eat less , more times a day. Drink lot of water. 2-3 liters (1 gallon) atleast every day.
If you have real obesity problem, 1st thing every day morning, drink 2 big glasses of water, warm a glass of water add 1tbsp of honey and 1 tbsp of freshly squeezed lemon juice, mix well and drink.
