Both Healthy Diet and Good exercise will help your situation.

Eat lot of fresh fruites and vegitables. As far as possible stick to vegitarian/low fat /low spice food. Eat very less quantities - but more (4-5) times a day. Drink lots and lots of water 3-4 liters a day.
You may soak jeera/cumin seeds in the water overnight and keep it in mud pot and use it for drinking.
Also soak 2-3 spoons of mustard seeds (methi seeds) in water overnight and make sure you eat it first thing the morning with 2-3 glasses of water.

Exercise every day. Relaxes your body from stress. Gym/Yoga/weight training any of them will work. If you do not have access to them, Do brisk walking / jogging atleast 4-5 kms every morning, with out fail. Once day in every 2 weeks, you may skip your exercise and fast the whole day or have moderate amount of fruits and water. This will cleanse your body and help get rid of toxins (unwanted chemicals) in your body.

Good Luck,
