In this particular case how can some one say that the job in the hotel was better than that in a call center!!!!!!!! Aren't there growth opportunities in Call centers? Why have a very biased negative opinion about a callcenter job. There are so many who have made it big starting in the Call centre ranks and are now in responsible positions in hierarchy. I think the article is too biased against the call center. If the person hates hotel management and call center offers him a good break at a better salary , then Why not?? anyway 3 years of life are wasted in studying HOTEL management , why waste the rest of life too??
