Dont call this a career choice. Career is not just about how much you make and how fast you grow. It is all about making a decent living while working in your area of your interest. I finished my masters in US worked for a year and came back to India. It is a career choice and I am happy about it. I had a friend who wanted to be a Neuro Surgeon in US because they were the highest paid and not because he loved being one. He never realized his stupid dream. Today 99% of career choices are based on ambition(Minus SKILL) and Financial Scope and result in miserable endings. The best in every field earn sufficiently well. It is always advisable to strive hard to excel in the area of your training rather run in a new direction every day. If you want to be a call center executive, train to be one. Just dont become a call center executive because you want to take a short cut in life.
