Call centre offers jobs to hundreds of people. But in terms can anyone accept this kind of job as a career. With due respects to call centres, the shift jobs here play havoc with the human system. Only people with dire need of income should opt for it. Under no circumstance call centres jobs (i mean the night shifts here)must be taken on a permanent basis.
