Hi I dont believe I am reading this article on rediff. How can you say call centre is not a good choice when people are making a career out of it. This I think is a very amateauristic article. I can understand people who have specific skill but then still opt for Call centre. I think its not the fast money. Its the scope. I dont know whether the writer has spent even 1 night in a call centre or else he would know how challenging the job is and why you are paid that highly. People call it monotonous. Which job isnt. I enjoy my work and I know in 2-3 years time I will be a Ops Manager. Call centre is becoming a problem for the other industries cos they cant afford the salary and the growth like call centres too. Most people who talk bad about call centres badly are the ones who have never been there. ITS NOT THE LAST OPTION ITS THE BEST OPTION. I was into a leading media company but I am very happy today, fulfilling all my dreams. House, vehicle and future is also secure.

hey..u shud read the article b4 posting ur comments..th writer nvr says its bad to join a call centre...he jus gives u the pros and cons and its upto u to decide. its true tht u cant expect to progress too much fro call centres!!!
