Why can't the call centres shift to villages where the infrastructure costs will be low as compared to cities. It has to be well organised as we find lot many centres neglecting the employees in various forms. At least for one full decade the boom is going to remain;the chinese and other asian countries will catch on with us,then the present status will come down.It is only china's english is very poor we have the supremacy.We are good at hindi and urdu hence we can get the gulf market too."Beat the iron when it is hot.
