Hello vinod, If you are really keen on improving your communication skills , nothing much to do just try to write every situation in english.Later you can improve in talking but first focus on more of writing and reading.Atleast read THE HINDU for 10 minutes.On the other side, please have a longmans dictionary CD with you to improve pronunciation.Type atleast 5 different words daily and pronounce them correctly.You can see the wonder with in 2 weeks.God bless.@ Sandeep
