As far as communicating verbaly, its ok for me. But, what i really want to improve upon is on my wrtten communication. I would request you to guide me in terms of knowing how and what needs to be done to become an EDITOR. That's what i really mean, wether grammer, phrases, vocabs and what all and how to improve that. I really want to understand. Especially, if you recommend any books or website or newzpaper which helps me in developing me that skill.
