I had applied for a PAN card while working in delhi in the month of April 2005. I havent got any PAN card so far n people who had in fact applied along withme got in 20 days. As now i stands relocated to Hyderabad, can i ask the Income Tax Department to issues a dupicate and if they issue how long will it take to get the duplicate n what are the documents n procedures to be followed.?
