Hello, I am Adesh I have done MCA related to software field. I am many times out from the interview of BPO. tell me why??? It is good for me to choose a BPO? Tell me where I should i go :- voice or non voice? Atlast what the bascially means of BPO?

i think you are confused about yourself. First of all you need to find what are you good at instead of blindly following others. If you are not good at english, i think u should try in the IT field only. Also BPO means Business Process Outsourcing. Chill:-))
