In my opinion, sex is indeed overrated. All our TV, movies, and other media has been hyping it for decades - showing as if human beings are so deprived of it and want to just jump in. It is just another avtivity and it is a bit of a disappointment after all the hype built in. One is better off with oneself, at times.
