hi i am 155cms with 55kg weight now . i have fat in my tummy and i have bust little .just for that reason my upper body looks healthy , but my legs are thinner . i have tried all , to reduse my tummy and bust ,nothing i sworking out .i do not have thyroid problems .i have joined swimming and saw a change in 2 weeks as the muscles around tummy and hip are tightining and i can also feel loss in inches .do i need to do gym .mu trainer states that swimming will shape my body in 2 months.please advice. i have sweet cravings sometimes . how to reduce that please advice
