The responses in this section given by the so called fitness experts very extremely sick.
Their low level of enthusiasm can be gauged from the fact that if a person has provided his height & weight & wants to know whether he is overweight, there is no straight answer. Cant they use the BMI concept & tell the individual whether his/her weight is apt for his height.
Also, if a person has asked how do i reduce my weight, the reply is in one word.."Work Out". Common, everybody knows that.
