Sir, I am working in a marketing company which is offering me 2.4 lac ctc , i have joined the company May-2007 and its now nov-2008, i have got a offer from another company, they are asking for form16, whe i enquired about this to my company they said we have not filed all this and they gave me cash and some times by cheque. pls help me in this how could i submit the form16 and get into the new company as per thier rules or another option.
