Respected Sir,

i am an non resident indian, i want to know whehter i would be tax for the money sent to indian or on investment made by me from such foreign earnings.
if i open an NRI Account what are the consequences

You pay tax only in one country. If you paid the tax in the country you are staying in, then no need to worry about paying it in India.
