Gaining weight is simple but people get too hurry and they don\\\'t follow the regular procedure. take a glass of milk in the morning.. take ur breakfast and finish it with a banana. its compulsory not to miss the lunch in correct time. take a full meal and a banana have more milk products add nuts in your diet... have more urdhdal... having fresh juice is good..
