Hi i am 18 years old, 68 kg and 6.1 feet.. I am a skinny guy. I eat a lot of white rice in order to gain calories. My intension is to gain muscles. So i do workouts by using 4 4 dumbbells, pushups, pullups etc.i dont have a gym nearby, so i workout in home. My muscles are in a good shape. But the problem is that they are not growing. I can notice that my body in gaining weight, but i cant notice any growth in my muscles. So can u plz tell what my problem really is ?...and also tell me what should a skinny guy do in order to gain weight... TY all for ur answers.
