IM 2O YEARS OLD. I'M 5'6 AT 115LBS. I HATE MY BODY SO MUCH. I TRY SO HARD TO EXCEPT IT BUT IT'S HARD WHEN ALL YOU HEAR IS "YOUR SO SKINNY","DO YOU EAT",AND BLAH BLAH BLAH. I HAVE HEARD EVERY SKINNY JOKE THERE IS. I TRY TO EAT 3 MEALS A DAY. BUT I SOMETIMES I DONT HAVE AN APPETITE IT GETS SO DEPRESSING. WHEN I TOOK A TRIP TO THE DOCTOR SHE TELLS ME THERE'S NOTHING WRONG WITH MY WEIGHT IM PERFECTLY FINE. I CAN BARELY FIT A SIZE 0 AND MY BONES LOOK GROSS STICKING OUT IN MY KNEES, ARMS AND CHEST. THATS NOT PERFECTLY FINE. IF I COULD JUST PICK UP A SIZE OR TWO, I WOULD BE PERFECTLY FINE.

Hi, I am not a doctor or an expert to suggest you some steps to put on weight i myself loged on to this site to get some help.Your depressive words just motivated me to write few lines .You can get 1000 ways to put on weight in you just type "Tips to put on weight" in google, but what i feel it takes more than that. First thing love the body that ur in and if you want to put on weight do it for yourself and not coz others are commenting abt it. 1)when you do it for yourself you will be commited.2) Enjoy the food that u eat only then u will put on weight the best way to just imagin yourself acheiving your goal. 3)Take someone's help,it will make a lot of difference. Hope this will be some help.
