i am desperate to gain weight but due to mental issues/stress i have no appetite and running is my stress reliever making it so hard to gain weight. Im also very confused on how many calories i should be taking in to gain atleast a half to a pound a week?

don't worry too much about it . if you want to gain weight all you have to do is eat 600 extra calories daily and defenetly stop running! running burn calories. trust me i used to have your same problem. i would stress a lot and people would sometimes even make me cry when they told me i was too skinny. i was 5'6" tall and weighted only 84 lbs. as you can imagine i was extremedly skinny but i was not anorexic. i started eating an extra meal daily and in 3 months i gained 25 lbs. so please don't stress over it and really try to eat more and have faith in your self because if you don't then no one will.
p.s try drinking 2 bottles of Ensure daily just before you go to bed( you can find it in any grocery store it's like a milk shake it really helps.)
