OLD FLAT INHERITED BY THREE BROTHERS/SISTER

We three (2-brothers & 1-sister) now inherited one old flat acquired by my mother in 1976 at 60000/-. we want to sell the same and distribute the amount equally in 3 of us.
what will be a tax liability on each of us.
