getting a call center job is not very tough, you just need to be very clear about your goal. aalso please go through some news papers to see how they write and how they use grammer in reporting. Clear pronounciation is what they look for and also a Neutral accent.

Befor going for an interview please go through your resume , specialy ur hobby section and try to answer all the questions you can frame by yourself. Be fluent confident and clear!!!

hi ravi
It`s very good to know about self weakness, so as to improve your skill.you need to read newspaper daily(include-editorial,the speaking tree, one news about your city&country)& try to summarize that in your words, watch 2englisg movies in a week, watch 1hr english news daily, think in english, the only thing is to get english enviornment, mail me at siddhantasthana88@yahoo.com if u have any problem regarding this.bye
