hi my name is raju..i completed my high school 4 years back. and since then i'v been doing nothing till now. bt i guess its time to do sumthing so i am thinking about joining a call center but i dunt have any idea about it. eg. which organisation i apply to, type of question they'll ask in interviews, what i need etc. so help me out.

look to be very honest if you have good communication skills and good English grammar you do need to worry just create an account on monster job and from the second day you would be getting calls for job interview. As you are a fresher I would suggest you to go for any brand name like convergys HCl GENPACT DELL because you would be getting proper training there if you cannot make it,go for the small company for out bond sales but do not give up

I think at times you're confidence plays a much important part when getting through an interview... english and communication can be worked upon.
