hi nahsa hw ru? i m jitend,completed my graduation in chemical engg. in 2005 later i started working for an advertising firm then i quit that,nw i willin to join bpo industry(voice or non voice),but there is one quetion that suffers me alot,i.e.WHY DO YOU WANT TO JOIN BPO INDUSTRY WHEN YOU ARE A TECHNICAL GRADUATE? nasha wat m i supposed to answer to this question? and there is one more question,wat are the Prerequisite for technical support executive and wats his job profile? thanks alot jitend
