I am an arts student,with ref.to only commerce and engineering students cracking CAT.Do we arts students stand a chance.Its not that we cant clear it but its a mindset that arts student dont usually stand a chance among commerce and science students.I would like to know do arts student stand chances of getting into IIM's when compared to commerce and science.If so what percentage of arts students do get in and do we have any separate parameters we are scored on.Plz do let me know if u have any approx.idea as to how many do really get in....

hi cracking cat is as easy for arts students as for iits and ca because its all about how you use your brain and work upon it follow a strategy by heart and dont fear maths at all and build your strong area first follow the funda by heart believe in god AND YOUR STRENGTH THATS SOLVE!

Dear Sylvia, As a student of IIM , let me assure u that as an arts student u are not at all at a disadvantage when it comes to cracking CAT because the sectional cut offs are different for students from different graduation backgrounds . Further, all IIMs always look at having as heterogeneous batch as possible and hence do not favour or discriminate against students from a particular background. SO, just get going and crack it !!!
