what todays managers need is not einstien type abilities to crack super math problems. its not all abt IQ is it ? there should be greater emphasis on EQ so that the true entrepreneurs are filtered from those who can tell whats 34X65 in a sec

You are absolutely right Ravi! There are many people who could become management gurus someday, only if given the chance. IIMs are missing out on many of them.
