CAT is not possible.
by Vinayak Joshi on Sep 26, 2004 10:54 AM   Permalink | Hide replies

"Nothig comes out free in this world"- hardlining this message, we can think about CAT in the following ways.CAT is a bit tough when compared to GMAT or MAT. But, it is not so tough, if you work hard. It's our mind set or attitude that really matters. How we prepare for exam or how we attempt the exam. I think if you have good schooling with strong arithmetic foundation and good vocabulary, there shouldn't be any problem in winnig this "hard rock".

CAT is a balanced test....which requires just ur basics (that too studied in 9th - 10th std) very much firm.....theres nothing related to engineering or biased to any stream.....it covers the very basic foundation of all....I hope anyone who has passed out from any damn (not vernacular) school should not find it difficult. For vernacs they need to be good in english in order to communicate with global managers and leaders.....hope its not too asking.....moreover every person gets a fair chance to participate in this test as the pattern type is known and sample papers and prev year papers are readily available....ONLY SERIOUS ASPIRANT WITH REAL ABILITIES CAN CRACK IT AND MAKE TO IIM, THOSE WHO CANT CANNOT CRACK IT AND HENCE FIND WAYS TO IMPLICATE FALSE CLAIMS.....I have great respect for people who crack it till IIM!....kudos to all iims people....
