please go out and see the family business...work culture you would realise how far the reality is from these ideas. companies dont take HR as tool of strategic importance . unless that happens we would be losing our top people

anubhav, i dont understand what you define as impractical ideas cos it is due to lack of these inputs our so called large family businessess which were virtually RULING THE INDIAN ECONOMY are nowhere to be seen on home turf ,leave aside the global corporate arena.to survive we must learn and adapt new schools of thought.
