I feel in this earth everyone is not an MBA or Engg background there are people who are non techies and are working but HR from top Level companies doesnt like to care also for them like there are many graduates in india working for some organizations and doing part time MBA is the HR really thinking about those employees or one fine day all non techie employees will bbe against HR
