Your advice is way too simplistic to be of any use. Plus there are Errors in what you have told. Everybody knows you have to slog really hard for the CAT, that you need to improve maths, Data interpretation and reading skills. what new perspective have you added. Apart from that, mugging wordlists is going to take you nowhere in CAT. CAT does not test you on vocabulary. You probably got confused with other exams like GRE, XAT, etc, which do test your knowledge of obscure English words.

Excuse me yooung man..
CAT is not about intellenge or hard work..its more about smart work..knowing your strengths and weaknesses.
You are in no way going to attempt 150 questions in 2 hrs. So the whole funda is to find out what you will can attempt with better accuracy and speed. Do a SWOT analysis of yourself during mock CATs and if your analysis is right factor in a strategy for the final CAT.
Believe me ..if you understand yourself...you are in..
