Freinds, I have more than 9 years of work ex with Call centres. I am now Director( Training) with one at Mumbai. Undoubtedly the work pressure is there but tell me a job which does not require hard work, terrible situation on a daily basis or worst bosses? Let's grow up! This is the time to work, struggle & to make your future.Its easier to crib & complaint than to learn & implement.
