call centre employees are exploited

Call centres are profit making organisations for those who set up those not for the employee.the employees are definitely exploited,because the kind of money they pay is negligible as compared to that paid for the same job in UK or USA.
The workers are like cyber coolies,they place large advertisements in the leading newspapers of India for recruitment every week,which has caused parents to force their children to work in a call centre.The education of An MBA, MCA or B.Tech is a waste in a call centre because a 10+2 is also working in the same designation.The job satisfaction is also missing.
No qualified neurologist will ever suggest to work late nights because once a neurological order happens ,can never ne treated or if there is a treatment,the treatment will be more costly than they pay.
