I agree Subhash...

The work load surely is very hectic at these call centers. The Team leaders and Managers have only one thing in mind- to meet the targets! No matter how much u give them, they want u to do more. I have also faced awkward situations such as asking permission when nature calls. Constant monitoring by the softwares they install on our workstations besides the personal bugging of the supervisors makes one feel as if he is in a prison. I am glad that I have left my job at a call center. I wont deny the fact that it is the best means to mint money in a short time. But I must say nobody shud stay here for more than 3 to 6 months if he or she is here for money . I guess that helps one to pocket enough to fulfil the need for which he had entered this jungle.
The cabs and meals are all just a very fine silver lining. The cabs gives u more tension than if one would opt to use his own conveyance since one has to depend upon the driver's arrival time and ofcourse his temperament. The meals they serve are usually "re-warmed" unhealthy junk food. Besides being tasteless, one barely gets enough time to have a satisfactory meal cos the Supervisors are constantly monitoring ur break time.
