"Five states -- Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra and Kerala -- account for 31 percent of India's population". Hey the writer has only mentioned the names of 4 states! Don't they proofread these before publishing??

Lol...thats pretty funny. First the Rediff people criticize Indian engineers who are more often than not, forced into that profession by their families...Second...the article also proves that even the Rediff people are equally unreliable. If the rediff people want to talk about Indian engineers, then they also better give solutions to the problems and not just mere statistics.
