It is D1 is PAK and D2 is WI. Because D1 Pak is out, Ireland Replaces that slot. It is not the ranking in the group. Ranking before start of the cup. Read the statement "In case a seeded team does not finish among the top two in the group, the unseeded team qualifying will take the allotted place in the Super Eight."
