In my opinion, we should respond in a very gentle way to express ourselves. The best way out is to STOP BUYING PRODUCTS ADVERTISED BY CRICKET PLAYERS. This will give a message to both cricketers and their sponsors. Dua, A cricket fan

You are right Piyush, But for a consumers it would be difficult because every 2nd product that we buy has a cricketer associated with it. It is disappointing but, droping them could be a better solution.

Yes thats a good idea. In addition we should also not watch the matches live. that will drop the ratings of the matches and subsiquently the popularity of Players.

But do educated people buy the product just because of sachin or dhoni has done the advertisement. I think, this is wrong notion. Informed buyer do buy because of the quality and the feature of the product not which tom dick and harry is selling the product.
