I dont understand y people want their own team to form. Whatever teams combination comes to play, they should perform fairly. They should play without pressure. Anybody can turn the match. You might remember, the last over bowling of sachin where only 5 runs were required and we won that match. Even player like Rajesh Chauhan hit six on the last delivery to bring the trophy. There are lot more examples and here again we have to set the example to follow.
