IPL WHERE TEAMS STAND
by Anil Kulkarni on May 05, 2008 10:26 AM   Permalink | Hide replies

As long as Laxman plays for Deccan, they will surely loose as he takes more balls for runs and in 20-20 format, the runs have to at leat 1.5 times the balls. This is virtually impossible for Deccan riders. Bad luck for haveing such a captain!!!!!

Anil, Pl. note that Laxman is yet to recover (recharge) from the trauma of Kolkata match. They were about to win the first match of T20 against Kolkata, when the lights are switched off at Eden gardens.

It's much better than having a captain who takes the pay check and cools his heels off at home.
Also Laxman is the highest run scorer for DC after Rohit Sharma. So blame other so called stars who have failed miserably so far for the team's failure than the performing players.
