Please - They are not banned by ICC. The issue of recognition of ICL is under consideration.
It is the BCCI and their arm twisting to other board to follow suit, which has resulted in the Ban of players playing for ICL.
What moral right BCCI has to Ban ICL players, when their own top brass ( Pawara, Shah, Manahar and others )are involved in criminal activites - please refer to the verdict of Kolkata High Court few days back.
