Leadership aspect has ben a big factor in Teams performance.

Hyderabad was touted as best team before commencement and they have ended at bottom.
Whereas , RR was suppposed to be weakest , but ended on top.

This enforces the theory that leadership and man-management skills do play significant role , as enumerated by Stephen Covey in -Seven Habbits of Highly Effective People

Dhoni's captaincy did not do much yesterday- rather suresh raina's fiery innings and gony and ntini's bowling helped set the scene for chennai.....
