Sachin set here an example for youngsters how to be a great performer and human being .The so called slegding or slapping fellow players or crying on field will not fetch you place .Performance for years ........will Do that .

u r correct he has advised to youngsters that whether u r successful r not u should be be sincere this was the advice given by his father to him and sachin has passed on this to us.
